Use Of FiteQuant

FiteQuant provides model-derived boxing data, matchup views, backtesting tools and related product features. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed, wrong or affected by market, data-source and model limitations.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information. Nothing on FiteQuant is financial advice, betting advice, a guarantee of outcome, or an instruction to place a bet.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt the product, scrape excessively, evade limits, or misuse other users' data.

Models And Data

User-created models, cloned models, custom settings and backtest outputs are provided as product features. Public or shared models may be viewable or cloneable by other users depending on current product behaviour and settings.

FiteQuant may change, correct or remove data, model logic, limits or features as the product develops.

Acceptable Use

Do not use FiteQuant to break the law, attack the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer private systems, overload infrastructure, or misrepresent FiteQuant outputs as guaranteed picks.

Our handling of account and product data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Contact And Support

Logged-in users can use Honesty Box Support to send serious messages about bugs, data issues, account problems, billing/payment concerns, confusing behaviour, broken pages, product feedback, commercial enquiries or partnership enquiries.

Honesty Box Support is real support, but it is not a traditional ticketed support desk. Serious bugs, data issues, account problems and billing/payment issues are reviewed and triaged, and FiteQuant aims to investigate and fix genuinely broken or materially wrong issues as quickly as reasonably possible.

Submitting a message does not guarantee a personal reply or create an ongoing support conversation. If a message clearly needs a direct response, FiteQuant may respond using the email address on your account.

Liability

FiteQuant is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, model errors, data errors, downtime, or decisions made from product outputs.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
