What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect the name, email address and password you provide. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not plain text.

When you use FiteQuant, we may store product activity such as saved model settings, selected models, backtest usage, custom fighter/profile settings, session data, device/browser information, IP-derived security signals, and basic analytics events.

If you submit the Honesty Box Support form, we store your category, subject, message, account ID, submission time and basic technical context such as IP address, browser user agent and referring page so the message can be reviewed, triaged and investigated where appropriate.

How We Use It

We use account data to provide FiteQuant, keep accounts secure, enforce product limits, save model/backtest settings, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, improve the product and send essential service messages.

Support submissions are used to provide Honesty Box Support, including reviewing and triaging bugs, data issues, account problems, billing/payment concerns, confusing behaviour, product feedback and relevant commercial or partnership messages. Serious bugs, data issues, account problems and billing/payment issues may be investigated manually.

Some submissions may be read by AI systems to help identify patterns, prioritise fixes, route messages and improve FiteQuant. If a submission clearly needs a direct response, FiteQuant may use the email address on your account to reply.

We do not send third-party marketing. Non-essential product or news emails, if introduced, will be opt-in.

Legal Bases

Depending on the context, we process personal data to provide the service you ask for, for FiteQuant's legitimate interests in operating and securing the product, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent where consent is required.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate FiteQuant, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payments, security, logging and support tools. They process data for FiteQuant's operation, not to market to you independently.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for security, audit, legal, operational and product-integrity reasons. Some aggregate or de-identified product statistics may be kept without identifying you.

Support submissions may be kept for as long as they remain useful for product integrity, issue investigation, commercial records, abuse prevention or legal and operational reasons.

Your Choices

You can update basic account details from your profile. You can ask us to correct, export or delete personal data where applicable, subject to security, legal and operational limits.

If you are in the UK, you may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies And Analytics

FiteQuant uses cookies or similar storage for login sessions, security and product operation. We may also use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand which product areas are working or failing.
